How I got here
History
Stage Support was founded in 2015 as a one-person business — Krzysztof Pezda, sound engineer with 8 years of experience in Kraków clubs. In 2018 first arena (Tauron, 8000 audience). In 2021 first live TV production. In 2025 — 6-person crew, 200m² warehouse, events across Poland.
Values
No compromises — European-class gear, zero cheap substitutes. Discretion — cables masked, venue clean after teardown. Punctuality — setup ready minimum 2h before event. Communication — one contact from planning to settlement.
Crew
Krzysztof Pezda — founder, FOH engineer, system tech. 5-person core crew — monitor engineer, light designer, video engineer, rigger, technician. Freelancers brought in for larger productions.
