Terms of service

1. General provisions

These terms regulate the provision of event technology services by Stage Support.

2. Ordering and quote

Quote is free of charge. After accepting the offer, we sign a contract with a schedule, scope and settlement terms.

3. Payments

30% deposit upon signing the contract, balance after the event. VAT invoice issued after completion.

4. Event cancellation

Cancellation more than 14 days before the event — 30% deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation 14 days before the event or later — full deposit amount.

5. Liability

Stage Support is insured with public liability up to 500 000 PLN. Liability is limited to the contract value.
