Most asked questions before sending an inquiry.

01What's included in the conference support package?
Sound (line array + monitors + consoles), stage lighting, LED video + projector, hybrid streaming (optional), simultaneous interpreting (optional), FOH/monitor/lighting technicians, set-up and dismantling.
02Are you programming lighting shows to timecode?
Yes — timecode programming for concerts and gala events. It requires a programming day before the event. The show is programmed on the lighting console (grandMA3 or similar), with a cue list synchronised to playback.
03What line array systems do you have?
L-Acoustics K2 (main system, covering everything from clubs to 12,000-capacity arenas), L-Acoustics Kara (smaller events for up to 2,000 people), d&b T10 (clubs and conferences). Full specifications at /rental.
04Are you streaming on your own player?
Yes — HLS/RTMP streaming to a client's own player, YouTube, Vimeo or a custom CDN. Redundant streaming (2× independent) for critical events.
05Do you offer simultaneous interpretation?
Yes — interpreting booths, receiver delegate, technical support staff. Polish/English interpreting or other language pairs (requires an external interpreter).
