The challenge
Presenters required a teleprompter with a foot pedal for a slow pace and a backup printout. The LED wall used as a backdrop generated heat on stage, requiring silent cooling that would not be picked up by the microphones. Five live cameras fed into the switcher, with live direction for the projectors in the VIP lounge.
Technical solution
Teleprompter with foot pedal — 3 presenters without a single stumble. LED wall with active side-fan cooling, 24°C on stage, <30 dB of noise at the microphones. Live mix from 5 cameras to 2 projectors in the VIP lounge, zero frame drops throughout the 90-minute gala.
