The challenge
Arena with delays >1.5 s in the stands — SPL requirement: 105 dB at FOH, without exceeding 100 dB on stage (monitor mix). Lighting show synchronised to timecode from playback — 36 Pointes must hit cues within ±50 ms.
Technical solution
K2 system with delay towers covered 12,000 seats at 104 dB SPL at FOH and 96 dB in the back row. Monitor mix: 8× M4 with IEM bleed below 3 dB. Timecode-driven light show — 36 Pointe hit every cue within ±30 ms, tested on programming day.
