Medical presentations with embedded live slides — must match speaker timing to within ±0.5 seconds. Q&A with 2,400 online viewers — moderating chat questions through to microphones in the room. Simultaneous PL/EN interpretation for both groups (online + in-room). Archiving all 16 sessions in 4K for VOD.

Slide embeds timed to within ±0.3s (tested during rehearsal). Q&A with 2,400 online attendees — 87 moderated questions, average response time 45s. Simultaneous PL/EN interpretation from two booths for both groups, zero complaints. 16 sessions archived in 4K for VOD within 2h of completion.
